The hotel had really good cleanliness, with well-maintained facilities. The location was perfect, being very close to numerous subway stations and the main shopping street. It was also conveniently situated in the business center and close to all the areas I wanted to visit in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Great central location near Forbidden City & Wangfujing. Helpful English-speaking staff. Stunning view of Forbidden City from room. Clean rooms with excellent amenities. Comfy private room at the Restaurant with delicious food. Special mention to the friendly waitress who speaks French: Bravo! Enjoyed the free indoor swimming pool in elegant fitness center. Impressive buffet with lobster at one of the hotel's restaurants. Punctual and satisfactory room services.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa center provided a serene retreat after a long day of sightseeing, while the relaxing sauna and swimming pool were perfect for unwinding. the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the delicious cuisine at the restaurant and the trendy bar/lounge area, which offered a cozy atmosphere and great cocktails.
The only minor issue we experienced at this hotel was the location, which was a bit further from the main tourist attractions. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service that made exploring the city easy and hassle-free.
